Avondale Westview joins the rankings in place of the Pioneers, but there is a logjam just outside of the rankings. Highland, Mountain View, Red Mountain and Marcos de Niza all have cases to be in the top-10 but will stay out for now. There could be a big shakeup next week following the holiday tournaments.

Gilbert Christian will get a big test this week against elite Division I teams Pinnacle and Corona del Sol at the VisitMesa.com Basketball Challenge, but no matter what happens, the Knights will still be the favorites in Division III. Florence lost its first game of the season last week to drop a couple spots, while Valley Christian won a pair of games to elevate to No. 2.
