Updated baseball rankings, as of April 1:

Division I

1. Sandra Day O’Connor 21-0

2. Hamilton 12-3

3. Desert Mountain 17-3

4. Desert Ridge 17-5

5. St. Mary’s 15-2

6. Gilbert 12-6

7. Desert Vista 14-4

8. Mountain Pointe 9-4

9. Pinnacle 13-9

10. Brophy 11-7

The first four spots stay the same, as Sandra Day O’Connor, Desert Mountain and Desert Ridge went undefeated last week while Hamilton finished 3-1 at the National High School Invitational. St. Mary’s replaces Pinnacle in the top-5, followed by Gilbert, which bounced back last week with a big win over Basha. Desert Vista has won eight in a row to storm into the rankings, followed by Mountain Pointe and Pinnacle. Brophy jumps back in after a strong showing at the Big League Dugout Invitational, while Basha and Chaparral drop out.

Division II

1. Liberty 11-0-1

2. Notre Dame 16-5

3. Greenway 20-1

4. Sunnyslope 13-3-1

5. Sahuaro 13-3-1

6. Canyon del Oro 12-4

7. Ironwood Ridge 14-3

8. Shadow Mountain 13-4

9. Williams Field 16-6

10. Gila Ridge 14-2

The top five teams remain constant with undefeated weeks. Canyon del Oro has won eight consecutive games to move up to No. 6, while Ironwood Ridge falls one spot after losing to the Dorados last time out. Shadow Mountain has quietly put together a nice season and joins the rankings at No. 8. Williams Field has won three in a row and rejoins the top-10, while Gila Ridge drops a spot but remains in the rankings. Sunrise Mountain and Catalina Foothills drop out.

Division III

1. Fountain Hills 19-1

2. River Valley 16-1-1

3. Show Low 10-2

4. Willcox 12-2

5. Thatcher 11-1

Fountain Hills and River Valley continue to play like contenders to remain atop the rankings, while idle Show Low moves up following a Thatcher loss. Willcox jumps into the rankings at No. 4 after beating previously undefeated Thatcher, which falls to No. 5. Bisbee drops out.

Division IV

1. Yuma Catholic 12-1

2. Phoenix Christian 12-3

3. Desert Christian 11-3

4. Pusch Ridge 12-4-1

5. Joy Christian 12-4

Yuma Catholic stays on top, while Phoenix Christian continues to play well and ascends to No. 2. Pusch Ridge had a tough week to drop to No. 4, allowing Desert Christian to move up a spot to No. 3. Joy Christian remains at No. 5.
