In a battle of Arizona high schools, Brophy edged out Desert Vista for the Antigua Invitational boys golf team title. Led by senior Sam Triplett (70-70-14), who took second place individually, the Broncos squeeked out a two-shot victory in a strong field of 24 teams, including 12 from outside of Arizona.

Matt Liringis (69-71-140) from Desert Vista won the individual title in a scorecard playoff over Triplett and Wake Forest-bound Will Zalitoris from Trinity Christian (TX).

On the girls side, Xavier was the only team to break 300 and went on to win by 19 shots over California powerhouse Diamond Bar. Xavier freshman Emily Mahar 72-70-142 was the individual winner, and Diamond Bar junior and Solheim Jr. Cup member Bethany Wu.

The tournaments were held at McCormick Ranch Golf Course in Scottsdale, and is annually one of the more prestigious team golf tournaments in Arizona.
