TUCSON - Tempe McClintock moved its record to 3-1 by beating up on winless Tucson Amphitheater, 33-6.

The Chargers had 340 total yards compared to the Panthers' 46 overall. Yet late in the first half, Amphi still had the game within reach.

Down by 13, the Panthers declined to punt on fourth down and tried to move the chains, but the Chargers' defense stopped them. McClintock got the ball back and scored again to go up 21-0 at the half. McClintock put an exclamation point on the game with two touchdowns in the fourth – the final trip to the end zone coming off a 45-yard punt return by Josh Hardin.

McClintock’s Josh Thomas had 125 yards rushing and teammate Mack Martin added 120 yards.
