First the 400+ cases ignored by top cop Arapio and now this. If it is true,
it is shameful, the disregard for female victims and future victims in this
valley.6 months ago
Well almost a year later and the answer to the question could not be clearer. Mitt Romney has now changed his position three times on every policy issue. Why was
Newt preferred to Mitt; because Mitt Romney stands for nothing at all, and he will lose this election. 7 months ago
While I think the Goldwater Library is positive in most ways, it will not change much more downtown Mesa than the art center has. In terms of people coming to downtown Mesa for an event, their is nothing there or even planned, that will keep them in downtown Mesa. There is a rather pitiful choice of restaurants, actually no restaurants at all that appeal to the masses or have hours conducive to real business, like maybe a steak house or a Applebees type business. That is due to the liquor issue. No beer with a burger or a pizza at all. Unless that ban disappears, people will continue on down the road to other spots other than downtown Mesa. 7 months ago
City says less calls? Really? Might have something to do with the fact
that either you get a recording(all day last Friday) or when you do get an
actual person they just pass the buck to the state. There are three
candidates running yet there are still signs with a fourth person's face on
them, Randy Parraz, who is not running.
Someone from this city please tell me why these signs are still up in my neighborhood?Sep 20, 2011
Yup, that's the answer alright. Pay the workers next to nothing! Wow, that will
really help with even less money to put into the economy to generate sales tax
or sell goods. Less supply equals less demand equals less need for jobs. Lets
just skip it all and go straight to sweat shops, lol. 1800s here we come! Sep 2, 2011
Oh please, just another lame attempt to discredit this president. He doesn't even know these so called relatives, who lived in another country, yet keep track of them.
The women isn't even a blood relative, and the uncle is his father's half brother, who he only met once in his 50 years. Good grief, go after policies but stop with the nonsense.

Pearce lied (again) when he said that the people were payed to sign the recall.
I signed and certainly wasn't paid, either were the others who were there signing.
Pearce lied to get elected when he said that the economy and jobs would
be his and the legislative priority. No jobs bill at all. Instead we got silly birther bills,
guns in bars, a state gun and fireworks, etc. Brilliant! Last year he gave us that poorly written SB1070, which continues to be worthless.
Pearce also lied when he said he had paid for all his Fiesta Bowl goodies. Oh and lets not forget one of his first Known lies, his little friendship with that neo natzi guy,Readty or Readdy. He forwarded bigoted emails and then made excuses for his part in that, also.
Mean spirted little man who has his own agenda and it's not for the people. Keeps enriching private prisons for profit people but won't give a needed hands up to the unemployed and others who are struggling, not to mention the sick without health care.
His legislation has hurt and will continues to hurt this state. Not just my opinion but
those of the top business people here, who are so alarmed at what he is doing, that
they sent him a formal letter to stop doing it. If those big business people lived in this district, they would be signing the recall and voting against him next time. Google that letter to Pearce and read it.... these are the smartest and best whose
lives depend on the success of Arizona and so do our lives.
HIs community and church should be embarassed by him, if not, they will be.Jun 18, 2011
No illegal immigration is not the biggest issue in Az.
We having an overwhelming housing problem,
unemployment is closing in on 20%, the state's
credit rating is in the dire straits and the school
system is in even worse shape. Time to stop
discussing How it got that way but how to help
turn it around. Brewer is not capable of the
leadership, critical problem solving or image
that this state needs now. She is a puppet for
others who are make the decisions and that alone
is scary. Time to vote for the more capable
candidate in every race this year or we will not dig out of this hole in our lifetime.Sep 3, 2010
Gov Brewer may need to learn that she has no right to demand anything, any more than the gov of any other state. A little courtesy and diplomacy goes a long way in ANY job.

We really need a stronger, more intelligent leader in these tough times and Mr Martin would be a much better choice.
I look for Brewer's support to wane as it becomes evident in people's pocketbooks how much the combination of the boycotts and the new sales tax increase is actually affecting them.
Also we will probably find out that we were lied to by someone about how the money for education is spent and waste will still not be cut.
