The odds are pretty slim that this vehicle would have been the first to the crossing if the gates had been down 20 seconds before the train arrived as required by Federal law. The crossing is listed as the 18th most dangerous in the state with 4 collisions in five years. Two of those show gate failure and with the pathetic way OUR cops let the railroad give hear-say BS from the railroad and let them keep the video/recorded blacks boxes off the signals and train so were the other two.
