(Phoenix, AZ –)  Jazz Cabaret, Duet’s 30th Anniversary Benefit Concert and Auction will thrill music fans with a performance by Blaise Lantana and The Dmitri Matheny Group.

Lantana - the voice and soul behind the Valley’s local jazz scene – normally showcases others through her weeknight classic jazz program on KJZZ. Jazz Cabaret guests will hear another side of Blaise as she reveals her own sultry and soulful vocals.  She will be joined by the Dmitri Matheny Group – described in All About Jazz as “a cohesive and seamless unit, serving up equal parts soulful expression, caressing phrases, imaginative asides, and dedicated lyricism.”

Lantana and The Dmitri Matheny Group will feature Gershwin favorites, including “Summertime,” “Someone to Watch Over Me,” and “I Got Rhythm.”

Performer and arts advocate Carmela Ramirez will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Rabbi Marty Scharf will serve as auctioneer.
