    Rick Berman’s editorial (“A lousy 10 cents more” Nov. 3) ignores one important fact about raising the state’s minimum wage. With the possible exception of those communities along the Colorado River border, none of our Arizona cities face competition from other states on wages which a 10-cent increase is likely to become significant. Sure, grocery sales might have to increase by $8,000 or so per day to cover the new expense. But where all grocers have to pay more for labor, will the public be eating that much less? No.
