More than 50 breweries from around the world — and right here in Arizona — will pour more than 200 varieties of beer Saturday at the Great Arizona Beer Festival.

Competitors came together in Tempe Sunday to participate in the Ford Ironman Arizona Triathlon that included a 112 mile bike ride, a 2.4 mile swim and a 26.2 mile run.

Tempe’s YMCA branch is one of four in the Valley set to get solar panels next year in an effort to reduce energy costs.
