    Good question.  We don't know yet, or at least haven't been told yet.  Sounds like it's between Clint Cogswell and Billy Freeman.  Freeman was at Brophy but transferred out and into Red Mountain because of financial reasons.  If nothing else, he spent time under Broncos coach (and former QB) Scooter Molander, and that counts for something.
