A four-game win over North Dakota and a tough five set loss to SMU spelled the day for the ASU volleyball team as it wrapped up Day 1 of the Montana Classic in Missoula with a 19-25, 25-15, 25-21 and 25-21 win over North Dakota and 21-25, 25-19, 24-26, 25-21, 11-15 loss to SMU to push their record to 5-2 on the year.

ASU softball hosts super regional this week

The Arizona State softball team will play North Dakota State at 4 p.m. Friday at Farrington Stadium in its first game of the Tempe NCAA super regional. The second game will be played at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, immediately followed by the third and final game, if necessary.
