If President Obama truly considers President Abe Lincoln to be his role model, he flat out ignored one of Lincoln's famous speeches given on Jan. 27, 1838 at the Young Men's Lyceum of Springfield, Ill. Lincoln said, "Let every American, every lover of liberty, every well-wisher to his posterity, swear by the blood of the revolution, never to violate in the least particularly, the laws of the country and never to tolerate their violation of others."
