    It was 2003 when the Chandler National Little League baseball team captivated the Valley, advanced to the Little League World Series and came within a game of reaching the U.S. championship.

  • Gilbert American Little League 2010

    A Gilbert Little League team is advancing to the sectional tournament with hopes to become the 9-10 All Star Champions. Gilbert American Little League’s 9- and 10-year-old All Star team defeated Gilbert National Little League 2-1 to claim the District 14 title. The team will head to Douglas July 19-30 for a double elimination tournament, which will crown the state champions. Several fundraisers will help with expenses.
