President Obama is now making his political move and withdrawing a few U.S. troops from Afghanistan. If the man had any wisdom, he would withdraw all U.S. forces from that locale right now. Further delays will only cost more of our military lives. Even if he waits on his piece-meal withdrawal until the proposed 2014 date, the inevitable will still happen: The resurgence of the Taliban taking over the country, expansion of the "Poppy" growth to fund the Taliban who will further enhance the Al-Qaida network. Thus, back to where we were 10 plus years ago, countless military deaths and disabled. Oh, and the trillion bucks spent. While he's at it, Obama should exit Iraq right now and save further lives and money, and let the Shia, Sunni, Kurds, and whoever else have that wasteland. And as "Coach Rick" says, "Keep your eye on the ball, it's the economy stupid."

President Obama appears to be lost in all his rhetoric relating to outsourcing jobs. It is a well known fact that he has Jeff Immelt, CEO of GE, as one of his CZAR’s providing advice to him on job creation in the country. Immelt and GE has outsourcesed over 2,000 jobs to China during the past four years.

In its lawsuit against SB 1070, I know the Justice Department will primarily cite the Supremacy Clause which says that the Constitution and all laws and treaties approved by Congress in exercising its enumerated powers are the supreme law of the land. It also says that judges in state courts must follow the Constitution, or federal laws and treaties, if there is a conflict with state law.
