Hyatt Place Scottsdale Old Town made its official debut Friday — the second version of the new hotel brand launched by Chicago-based Global Hyatt Corp. in August. The Scottsdale hotel, at 7300 E. Third Ave., was transformed from an AmeriSuites, a brand Global Hyatt bought in January 2005.
