  • article Letter: Vote them out until they start doing something

    Wednesday, November 30, 2011 7:00 am

Due to the complete failure of the current Congress, I plan to vote against any incumbents running in primary or general elections, regardless of party affiliation, until the nation elects a legislature that can act. It doesn't seem to matter if my opinions are being represented if nothing happens. I will also vote against previous office holders trying to get back in, as they bear some degree of responsibility for the current situation. If an incumbent is not running for reelection, I will vote against the incumbent's party. Since I live in Arizona, that works out good for Democratic candidates, although my brothers in more left-leaning New York and Massachusetts agree with me, and are planning to do the same thing. I'm bored with this childish nonsense. Congress is broken, ALL of Congress. This is me asking them to "Please fix it. Now."
