    The political shouting at the state Capitol over illegal immigration has started a painful ringing in our ears. The volume got louder last week when a delegation of elected officials and law enforcement from across southern Arizona came to the Valley to criticize ongoing efforts by lawmakers to force local police to seek out and arrest illegal immigrants.
