On Feb. 14 when Arizona celebrates its 100th birthday, Monti's La Casa Vieja in Tempe will honor the centennial by giving the first 100 people in line a sirloin steak dinner with two sides and Monti's Roman Bread - for 75 cents, plus tax. That's what the dinner would have sold for in 1912.
