Is it possible that Kerry and Obama are so naïve about negotiating with Iran that they really think that they have pulled off something wonderful with the Islamics? Have neither of them heard about tawriya, an Islamic doctrine that allows lying in virtually all circumstances where the Islamic wishes to keep their true intentions secret from Infidels (nonbelievers)?
“Weather experts say that Typhoon Haiyan, which struck the Philippines on Friday and is expected to hit the Southeast Asian mainland, may turn out to be the most powerful such storm since modern record-keeping began. But don’t worry. Global warming is just a hoax.”
Who do we believe, Russia and their 100 page report blaming the Rebels, or our government blaming Bashar al-Assad for gassing the Syrian people? The same government that after a year of investigation into the murders of Americans in Benghazi, can only produce to Congress a YouTube video as evidence.
“So they decided to bomb Syria. Uh, I think too much time has passed since the initial incident for this to have its intended effect. It’s kind of like training a dog. When the dog misbehaves, you have to correct the behavior immediately (and I don’t mean by violence), or the dog doesn’t know what the punishment is for.”
I found that going to a Matt Salmon town hall Meeting is a test in real frustration. He tells his constituents what a great job he is doing. Then he proceeds to tell us how he is continuing to fight to “defund” Obamacare, which as we all know is a waste of time and our taxpayer dollars.
“Had the Tempe ‘grocery groper’ not been nabbed, I was going to suggest the police go trolling with one of the Kardashian clan, who are well known for their abundant posteriors.”
There was no conciliatory phone call, no heart-to-heart talk to soothe the tensions. No one knows exactly when President Barack Obama and Republican Sen. John McCain went from bitter rivals in the 2008 presidential campaign and foes over health care and national security to bipartisan partners.
President Obama’s silver lining in the Benghazi, NSA, and IRS scandals cloud is that he’s sneaking through a budget plan that could negatively affect American gas prices and jobs, without having to defend it to the public.
A popular graphic making the rounds on the Internet shows Boston Marathon bombing terrorist brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with the caption: "Apparently Not Verizon Customers." It refers to news reports that under a secret court order in April, the National Security Agency was collecting the telephone records of tens of millions of American customers of Verizon. P.S. That revelation was quickly topped.
As Yogi Berra said, “It’s déjà vu all over again.”
I heard Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly and others state that President Barack Obama could NEVER be impeached under any circumstance because the American people will not kick a black man out of office. Is America that morally bankrupt? One person said he would not be impeached even if he committed murder. That is true, because the murder of four Americans can be laid squarely at his feet.
The purpose of a 501(c) (3) or (4) is to give tax benefits to organizations that are not politicking but doing charity or educational work. Groups that have TEA or Patriot in their names SHOULD receive extra scrutiny. In two-thirds of the cases, they did find indications of significant political campaign intervention.
“It’s good to know that the Queen of the Tea Party, Michele Bachmann, will soon be getting a government pension at taxpayer expense for all the hard work she’s done. Yeah, right.”
“House Republicans have had their ninth hearing on the supposed cover up of the Benghazi attack which resulted in no new information. The only cover up I can see is the fact that the GOP voted last year to cut U.S. Embassy security funding by $300 million dollars but refuse to take personal responsibility for their actions.”
When it rains, it pours. The combined weight of the three growing Obama administration scandals is weighing down the White House and overwhelming their ability to control the story or advance their agenda.
“Ann Kirkpatrick? Ron Barber? Raul Grijalva? Ed Pastor? Kyrsten Sinema? What do you think about the IRS harassment, Benghazi lies, and AP spying? He’s your President, not mine. You have been awfully quiet lately.”
American journalism has disgraced itself in the matter of the Benghazi terrorist attack.
“Is the SRP monopoly spending thousands of advertising dollars (consumer electrical power payments) to promote SRP or to promote Mayor Scott Smith’s run for governor?”
“I see Mexico has the same problems with union management we have in the U.S. They are all crooks. The head of the teacher’s union was just arrested for embezzlement.”
“I realize the purpose of the ‘Vent’ column is to entertain with quirky, off-the-cuff, sometimes biased and unsolicited items. However, when editing such items to appear in a public newspaper, it would seem grossly improper to allow such blatant and derogatory references to our President Obama as a ‘dope.’...... cheap, tacky, ignorant, un-American and certainly NOT funny.”
“Another garment factory fire in Bangladesh. These factory owners/operators should be punished by being impaled on a stake in front of their burned out factory. And their execution should be televised.”
“Seriously, some people need to get a life. The main news stories on national television have been about Te’o’s girlfriend saga and whether or not Beyonce lip synced at the inauguration. Please find something more news worthy to report about!”
“Surprise, surprise. The National Gun Manufacturers Association aka the NRA wants more guns in schools.”
Just like with the Fast and Furious cover up, this administration is playing the classic Middle East, Libyan political tactic of stalling with rhetoric instead of producing the records (that are readily available) of what happened. Obama said he gave the order “to do whatever needed to be done to protect our people.”
