    First Convenience Bank has opened two new locations in the East Valley. Wednesday saw grand opening celebrations for in-store Wal-Mart branches at 1175 s. Arizona Ave. in Chandler and 1955 S. Stapley Drive in Mesa. The full-service bank has more than 235 locations and more than 360 ATMs in Texas and Arizona, and is planning at least four more Valley locations.
