  • article Lollipop is smart and active

    Wednesday, April 4, 2012 9:04 am

Lollipop’s owners brought this beautiful girl to the “pound” because they had “too many animals,” knowing that she could very well be euthanized due to extreme overcrowding. On the morning of what was to be Lollipop’s last day on earth, RESCUE arrived at Maricopa Animal Control to evaluate dogs in need, and took Lolli on that day. Lolli soon moved into foster care post spay surgery, and has been a true joy to that home. She is wickedly smart and quickly picked up on commands such as “leave it,” “wait,” “sit,” “down,” and “stay.” Lolli is perfectly housetrained and has a way of making you feel like you are the most important, loved person on earth. Lolli has long “runners” legs and a body built for speed, making her an ideal running partner. This active girl needs an equally active home. Walks around the block won’t cut it for her. She’ll need daily runs to burn off her energy. Lolli deserves her “happily ever after,” and she’s waiting to start her new life!
