The 4A conference is getting a makeover.
Three teams currently in the 4A-I football top-5 will not be in the division next year.
No. 3 Paradise Valley and No. 4 Glendale Cactus are moving down to 4A-II, and No. 5 Scottsdale Chaparral is moving up to 5A-II.
Scottsdale Notre Dame is staying in 4A-II, but switching from the Black Canyon to the East Sky Region. Williams Field and Queen Creek are moving up to the 4A-I Desert Sky Region, and new school Combs will be placed there as well.
Paradise Valley is moving to the Black Canyon Region, as is Cactus.
