The Cardinals added depth to their outside linebacker corp Thursday by signing Stevie Baggs to a one-year contract.
Baggs spent the past four seasons in the Canadian Football League, including the past two as a defensive end with the Saskatchewan Roughriders where he tied for the league lead with 12 sacks and made 55 tackles.
Baggs played collegiately at Bethune-Cookman, where he set a school record with 40 sacks.
The Cardinals are thin at outside linebacker. Bertrand Berry retired after last season and free agent Chike Okeafor may not return.
