Two more players committed to the Arizona State men’s basketball team this week: Carrick Felix and Kyle Cain, both wing players, will join the Sun Devils for the 2010-11 season.
The 6-foot-6 Felix is from the College of Southern Idaho, and he asked for his scholarship release from Duke to join ASU. Cain is 6-foot-7 and from a New Hampshire prep school. Felix — who will have 3 years of eligibility at ASU because of a medical redshirt at Southern Idaho — was highly recruited out of Goodyear Millennium High School and reportedly had nearly 25 schools express interest after announcing his intention to leave Duke.
Felix and Cain join Keala King, Corey Hawkins, Chanse Creekmur, Jordan Bachynski and Brandon Dunson as newcomers the 2010-11 Sun Devils roster after ASU needed to replace seven departed players (three graduated, four transferred) from last year’s team.
