Arizona Foundation for Contemporary Theology will host a workshop, “The Guiding-Organizing-Designing (GOD) Process,” 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 5 at Faith Lutheran Church, 801 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix.

It will be led by Gary Schwartz, professor of neurology and psychiatry at the University of Arizona and the director of the Laboratory of Advances in Consciousness and Health. He will explore whether science has discovered the existence of such a “divine ordering process” in aspects of nature, the universe and humans. Schwartz also will talk about the implications of that knowledge for science, religion, education, business, politics and everyday life. (480) 488-6453 or www.azfct.org.
