Ruby Tuesday, a 7-year-old Parsons Russell terrier, became homeless when the military family that owned her and her sister, a blind beagle named Molly, were transferred overseas. Ruby had served as Molly’s seeing-eye dog, but according to the folks at Arizona Beagle Rescue, Molly is doing great on her own. Now they want to find a home for Ruby.
Ruby Tuesday is full of energy, loves to jump, cuddle and give kisses. She settles down when told “no,” and the shelter is convinced that she has had basic obedience training. Ruby Tuesday would probably do best in a home with older kids and a family that will take her for lots of walks.
