Like Snoopy? You’ll love Jake Putman. This 8-year-old male beagle, turned over to Arizona Beagle Rescue when his Chino Valley owner passed away, is very easy to please. He’s content to simply keep his human company, but will enjoy a good belly rub or ear scratch too. Jake is very well-behaved and never jumps on furniture or the bed. He was a little chunky when he came to Arizona Beagle Rescue, and is working hard to lose weight through regular walks and a good diet.
He does have a foot that turns out when he walks, but the vet says Jake was probably born this way and it doesn’t seem to bother him. Jake is neutered, walks very well on the leash, is good with other dogs and enjoys riding in the car. He’s also great with kids.
