Imagine being adopted only to have your new family drop you off at a local kill shelter. That was the fate of Vanna, a 10-year-old, short-haired torbie cat, who was rescued once more by Friends for Life - thanks to the microchip that allowed the rescue group to find her.
Despite being abandoned by her previous owners, Vanna remains super-sweet and loves people. She needs a home that will be committed to making her a part of the family. Vanna has lived with cats, but prefers the company of older felines rather than kittens. She also is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FELV/FIV, and is spayed and microchipped.
If you'd like to meet Vanna, contact Friends for Life in downtown Gilbert at (480) 497-8296 or visit www.azfriends.org.
