What: Coca-Cola items.
Who: Roland “Rollie” Carpenter, 80, of Mesa, a retired concessions stand owner from Duluth, Minn.
How the collection began: I started collecting Coke products in 1993 when my friend gave me a 1960s Coca-Cola case.
How many pieces: I have more than 400 pieces, everything from bottles and dolls, to trays and Beanie Babies. In my bedroom I have a Coke bedspread, sheet and pillows. In my kitchen I have a Coke cookie jar, timer, magnets, salt and pepper shaker, cups, dishes and silverware.
My prized piece: My prized piece is my Christmas tree with about 75 Coke ornaments.
Where I showcase my collection: I have five shelves full, plus Coke products in my bedroom and some in the kitchen.
What else I collect: I don’t collect anything else.
