Vent #1: Proposed laws don't always get passed. If they we proposing fewer laws you would be complaining they weren't doing their job. Six of one, half a dozen of another.

The flu vaccine HAS NOT been an effective protection for most. Quite the contrary – many of those who got the flu virus shots, maybe not chatmandu002, are getting sick and are still coming down with the flu. Consequently, hospitals across the country are being hit hard with an influx of patients.
While, naturopathy a system of treatment of disease that avoids drugs and surgery and emphasizes the use of natural agents and vitamins is far better. People should be able to combat the flu without medication.
There are possible side-effects list for many medical drugs advertised on TV – but not side-effects you can get from the toxic ingredients that is in the influenza vaccine, known as flu shots. Those who got the vaccine may also suffer severe symptoms if they contract the flu.

Accuracy, the flu vaccine is tremendously beneficial. This particular strain isn't very effective in those 65 or older. Magical thinking about "natural" agents being somehow better than those that have undergone extensive testing is not productive.

As many as 100 product designers are potentially working on this project which some analysts have characterized as a “wearable computer.” I find it ironically that Apple is inverting in Communist China to create billions of dollars and avoiding U.S. Taxes using George W Bush's tax evading loop holes. The GOP would rather keep these loop holes open and cut life standards in the U.S.

This year's nasty flu season is still getting worse and it turns out the flu shots are doing a startlingly dismal job of protecting people ages ranged from 42 to 99. NOT tremendously beneficial. In that age range (42 and older) influenza-related deaths in San Diego County have pushed to a seasonal total high of 43 so far. The highest mortality for a flu season was 2009-2010 when 58 throughout the nation died.
The dominant H3N2 "A" virus is causing the most illnesses – plus the “Lack of sick time helped spread 5 million cases of flu illnesses during this season's flu outbreak,” the American Journal of Public Health reported.

When a politician or politician's spouse appears on TV, that's political campaigning. Nothing more or less, regardless of political party. It is inappropriate.

I'm 71 and I've gotten a flu shot every year since they invented them and haven't gotten the flu. THEY WORK FOR ME.

A friend of ours got bladder cancer and decided he didn't believe in " traditional " medicine and was going to cure himself with a vegetarian diet and other " natural " cures.
HE DIED.
When first discovered " traditional " medicine could have probably fixed him. I believe that in the worst case they could have given him an artificial bladder.

Accuracy, you should learn a little about epidemiology if you want to have serious discussions about vaccines. You count the people who would have gotten sick, but didn't. You compute this percentage by looking at comparable groups of people who did and did not receive the vaccine and what percentage of each group got sick.
