“I realize the purpose of the ‘Vent’ column is to entertain with quirky, off-the-cuff, sometimes biased and unsolicited items. However, when editing such items to appear in a public newspaper, it would seem grossly improper to allow such blatant and derogatory references to our President Obama as a ‘dope.’...... cheap, tacky, ignorant, un-American and certainly NOT funny.”

“Background checks serve the same purpose as a locked door, it’s not going to stop a criminal, but it will keep an honest person honest. A background check will keep an honest gun dealer honest. It will certainly slow down this crazy, anything goes, free-for-all that has turned the 2nd amendment into a deadly mockery.”

“I just saw the picture of King Obama skeet shooting, I am surprised he knew which end the shot comes out!”

“Notice how desperately OLD Britney Spears appears and how thick her makeup has gotten? Sad when time and gravity sap the life out of celebrities who thought they ruled the world.”

“Secretary of State Hillary Clinton insisted Benghazi was because of a video even though she had the facts showing it was indeed a terrorist attack, and now she is accusing critics of her handling of it as “refusing to accept the facts.” Priceless, simply priceless!”

“All this flap over the Subway ‘foot-long’ sub sandwich being 11 inches long certainly proves that some people have waaaaay too much time on their hands. I’m curious — are these folks now going to go hang out at Home Depot, Lowe’s, or a lumber yard and make a fuss? I mean, how long has it been since a 2-by-4 has really measured two inches by four inches?”

“People keep mentioning the lack of funding for security in Benghazi. The truth is (and I know Democrats and Mr. ‘Truth’ can’t handle it) funds are being wasted everywhere in the State Department. Where there are actual shortfalls in funding the available avenues for more money were never attempted. Also, maybe we can’t be everywhere to protect everyone but the British knew to pull out of Benghazi six months before all these events. That would have required no funding at all. Obama and Clinton are incompetent and all the lies in the world cannot hide that fact.”

NEWS FLASH, Bush is no longer President. Lets move on from what happened several elections ago and talk about the blunders that are going on during the CURRENT ADMINISTRATION. Bush's policies will no longer cost lives, but Obama's can and did. It appears some people cannot admit their previous Messiah cannot walk on water. However, in the spirit of fairness I am willing to drop him off in the middle of the ocean and give him the chance![beam]

onerebel: Bush the Lesser was warned several times that an attack was imminent and the last warning even said it involved aircraft.

    HE IGNORED THEM

And you guy's think I'm the one that's out there? Truth, Nazi's started from the German socialist party. The Wall Street protester's, and the protester's in Europe are LEFT wing anarchists. AZ Willie, s l o w d o w n take a deep breath, your going to blow a gasket, ear drums or something. It's ironic your accusing me of worshiping Bush, ( Which I do not ) when it's those from the other side that have put a halo on Obama's head,( Newsweek cover) said his reelection was the second coming,(Newsweek cover again) called him the Black Jesus,(CNN Election Annalist) and on and on. Your CLAIM the Benghazi blunder was the Republican's fault has to be from a lack of medication or something. It's amazing how IT'S ALWAYS THE REPUBLICAN'S FAULT. Both parties have MORE then enough idiot's to go around. Now for the comparison of 9-11 to Benghazi, let's try this ONE more time. The Obama administration falsely blamed a video and denied it was a terrorist act EVEN AFTER intelligence told them it was. Most likely to save face for the up coming election. Both Obama and Bush missed the signs for a pending attack, however Bush didn't LIE about what caused it. And that just shows a lack of integrity in the CURRENT administration. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go water my Rush Limbaugh Chia Pet! [smile]

But, according to the FBI, Matthew Aaron Llaneza intended to work with the Taliban to bomb an Oakland bank. He then intended to frame "right wing" groups for the bombing and spark a "civil war." Unfortunately for Llaneza--and fortunately for the city of Oakland and the bank--his dalliance with what he thought was the Taliban was, in reality, an FBI sting operation.

Federal Agents Arrest Man After He Attempts to Bomb Bank in Oaklalnd, CA — Federal agents arrested Matthew Aaron Llaneza, age 28, of San Jose, California, this morning after he allegedly attempted to detonate a vehicle-borne explosive device at a bank branch in Oakland.

The core of this movement includes neo-fascist skinheads, right-wing hooligans, youth sympathisers and intellectual guides who believe that the state must rid itself of foreign eWIKIPEDIAlements in order to protect rightful citizens. However, they usually lack a rigid ideology. WIKIPEDIA

Right-wing terrorists generally are inspired by 19th century and early 20th century nationalist writers such as Arthur de Gobineau, Houston Stewart Chamberlain and Heinrich von Treitschke.

Right-wing terrorism draws its inspiration from a variety of ideologies and beliefs, including neo-fascism, neo-Nazism, racism and opposition to foreigners and immigration. Incidents of this type of terrorism have been sporadic with little or no international cooperation. Their actions are generally poorly coordinated and there are few identifiable organizations. Modern right wing terrorism began to appear in western Europe in the 1980s and in eastern Europe following the collapse of the Eastern Bloc.
The objective of right-wing terrorism is the overthrow existing governments and their replacement with nationalist or fascist-oriented governments.

onerebel: I didn't hear you calling Bush childish names when his administration had the BIGGEST intelligence failure in HISTORY and over 3,000 people were killed in the WTC.

No that was just fine with you. Bush was your hero.

Limbaugh told you to worship him and you did.

But 4 die in a messed up situation, caused by Republicans cutting the budget for Embassy Security, and you want Obama's head.

Why aren't you calling for Bush to be tried for war crimes?
    Why aren't you bemoaning Bush's intelligence failure(s)?

WASHINGTON -- The Senate on Monday approved legislation that would allow the State Department to transfer $1.1 billion to improve security at U.S. embassies overseas in the aftermath of the deadly assault on the U.S. Consulate in Libya last September.
By voice vote, the Senate passed the bipartisan measure that would give the department the authority to use surplus funds that are no longer needed in Iraq, where the United States has scaled back operations. The bill now goes to the House.

7th venter: The intelligence failure in Benghazi pales in comparison to the intellgence failure of the administration of Bush the Lesser and the World Trade Center.

Republicans cut funding for security and then blame the Democratic administration when something goes wrong.

Republicans are total hypocrites to criticize ANYONE for intelligence failures after the way they bungled intelligence in the case of the WTC.
