There are a lot of reasons I am proud to be in Arizona. These are some reasons why I am proud.
First, I am proud because this state is known as the “Copper State”. Why we are called “The Copper State” is because we have a lot of copper in Arizona. We are popular in other minerals too, like zinc, silver, uranium, and gold, but we have the most copper.
Second, I am proud of the progress our state has made. We started out as nothing and gradually turned into a territory and then a state.
Third I am proud of the animals and citrus we have. We have a ton of cattle and is also popular with our cotton fields. We have a good supply of oranges, grapefruit, and tangerines too.
These are some reasons I am proud of Arizona. We call them “The Four Cs”. The progress of the state is not one of the Four Cs, but it is still important. I hope you are now proud of your home.
