Now that President Obama’s reelection has been finalized by his inauguration, has Ted Nugent relocated out of the country yet?

Well, mentally he lives in LA-LA land anyway so where he physically resides really doesn't matter much.

Ted Nugent doesn't matter much anyway.

    Just another Republican liar.

My guess he's going to follow the President's lead and stay here, just like Obama promised not to run for a second term if he did not cut the debt in half by the end of his first term! [wink]

Oh, the Detroit madman is in a class all by his various selves...I wouldn't lump him in with a bunch of milquetoast Tea partiers. Ted is the lightning rod of para-military skinheads, and he also channels the most evil spirits of the carnal domain.

Rock on, Nudge!!! (holds up bic lighter)

Just please stick to the music...

I just find it interesting how some here from the left have their undies in a bundle about whether some rock star is going to hold to what he said while he was venting, yet when the President himself does not keep his word it's no big deal. Is it more important for this country that the President be a man of his word or Ted Nugent? I guess some must think Ted Nugent is more important! [rolleyes]

    onerebel,
Obama is a politician--it's a given that he will make promises he can't keep. It's hard-wired into the job. Really, that's Politics 101 stuff, isn't it?

If someone agrees with the ideal of what they think the politician stands for, they will say that he couldn't keep that promise, for unforseen reasons beyond his control. If they disagree with the ideal of what they think the politician stands for, they will be less than forgiving, and even downright judgemental about any promise made, whether real or imagined.
Apparently, for you, that extends to rock stars, whom you agree with, philisophically, as well. As it would for me, and someone like, perhaps Jackson Browne, depending on the issue.

Actually, he never said he'd leave. What he said was, he'd either end up dead or in jail if Obama was re-elected. (which could be worse, depending on what you think he meant by it)

@ Bluepoet, So your telling us it's no big deal if the President does not keep his word? Would you have taken that same stance with Bush? Maybe that's part of the problem if a Politician can promise us he will make our house payments and we are dumb enough to buy the lie, then we get what we deserve. Just like the Benghazi cover up, we now know that they knew it was not a video yet they lied to save face before the election. By the way I like Jackson Browne's music over Nugent's

One rebel, you are so full of it your eyes must be Browne. Actually, I do know for a fact that Nugent has spent some time in jail. My sister was a matron in Lake County Michigan (the town of Baldwin to be specific) and had to deal with him overnight in the Lake County jail. Wasn't a fan after that experience. He may not do drugs, but can be a jerk.

it is clear that ted suffers from attention deficit disorder. while i still listen to his music, i would have to paraphrase frank zappa 'shut up and play yer guitar'.

Interestingly Jackson Browne and Ted Nugent both have a couple of hit songs that would fit this current administration.
Jackson Browne: Running on Empty, and The Pretender.
Ted Nugent: Stranglehold, and Free for All.

@onerebel, Oh, I think it's terrible that politicians lie! However, the reality is that they do, and pretending to be outraged about it, serves no purpose. And, yes, Bush was a liar, too, although I admit to being much less forgiving about it, because my philosophy is more counter to the "Republican" side of at least social issues. I am brutally judgemental to both parties, when it comes to their lies about the financial/tax/ spending side of things, though...

I'm glad you like Jackson Browne better, too...at least, you have good musical taste!Jackson Browne=Lives In the Balance and Lawyers In Love
Ten Nugent=Journey to the Center of Your Mind, and well, his only really good song, "Cat Scratch Fever"[wink]
