The Obama administration has cleared Sheriff Joe of any civil rights violation.
The complaint of the Hispanic community is that Sheriff Joe rounded up illegals and shipped them back to Mexico. That is not true and has never been true. Sheriff Joe’s authority extends only to the borders of Maricopa County.
What he did was to turn illegals over to the Obama administration and they shipped them back to Mexico in great numbers until the start of the election cycle.
If Obama is re-elected he will probably return to his previous practice of shipping them back to Mexico in great numbers unless he finds a way to get the illegals to vote.

All they have to do is fill out a Federal Voter Registration Form and check the box that says they are a citizen and sign it and turn it in.
It is against the law for the Voter Registration Office to check their declaration of citizenship. They cannot check and be sure the applicant isn't lying.
If you think La Raza doesn't know this and isn't registering illegals -- I have some ocean front property 10 miles outside of Phoenix I will sell you cheap but you can't see it first.
Just take my word for it ... the Federal Government makes you take my word that I am a citizen so you know my word is good.
The Federal Government trusts me so you can too.

You letter is so so WRONG!!. The Obama administration is only sending the really bad illegal criminals back to where they came from. The other illegals that get caught are let go if they promise to come back for a court date sometime in the distant future. And while the illegals are let loose to roam as they wish doing the jobs Americans won't or at least that's what their supporters say. They fall in love, get married and have babies which become automatic citizens. Thereby making it impossible to remove any of the illegal family because good liberal/progressive don't want to separate an illegal family and the citizen child who has lived here all their life. Now we are forced to support the whole family and let them all stay. What Obama and the democrats don't realize is that the Hispanic's will soon tell the democrats to "suck face". Form their own political party and leave the democrats high and dry. Then the political parties will look like this, "The Nasty Old Racist White Republicans", "The Liberal/Progressive/White/Black/Rainbow Democrats", (The Balancing on the Fence Independents), (The Dead Ron Paul Libertarians) and finally (The Hispanic Party a majority of which would probably want Spanish as the official language of the U.S).
