Who am I?

I’m an eight-digit number used in the United States to work, pay taxes, see a doctor or be admitted to a hospital, get a drivers license, get a passport, buy a house or car, get a credit card, go to jail or college, pay a fine, fly on an airplane or step foot in the White House for a tour.

I have an invisible presence stored at undisclosed locations in multiple databases until I’m contacted for further compliance. I can be stolen, tracked, “targeted” or revoked. For at a moments notice for no other reason than my political beliefs, I could be summoned and treated as an enemy of the state until I comply.

Who am I?

“I’m am an American citizen, I am the 99 percent, the 1 percent, I am you!”
