This morning, one of the Gilbert Public School teachers was going through the crosswalk. I stopped her and asked her what she thought of the Common Core.

Quoting her, “don’t even get me started.”

I asked who was responsible for this policy and she said she didn’t know. As one who loves to teach, I helped her. I told her that the National Governors Association proposed this new national policy. Some would blame it on the president and they would be wrong. For you see, the wording and policy and guidelines were written right here in Arizona by Arizonans.

Later, a doctor walked by after taking his child to school. I asked him a different question: What do you think of Obamacare?

“Don’t even get me started.”
