I feel it has become an embarrassment to the community of Gilbert to have three very radical (Town) Council members. No other neighboring city councils have such radicals that would want to protest federal grants for seniors and the needy.

The $750,000 of federal funds Victor Petersen, Jared Taylor and Eddie Cook are protesting is, they say, because of the federal deficit. These are city councilmen that were elected to serve the community of Gilbert and all it’s people. They are not Congressmen!

It’s really a disgrace to community to possibly loose these federal funds that will not go back to the U.S. Treasury. These funds will be split among our neighboring communities.

Until the three radicals on the Gilbert Town Council become moderates, Gilbert will continue to be an embarrassment due to their political views. They do not serve the community only their agendas. Thats not what they were elected to do.
