I was a small child growing up in Nigeria (British Colony) in West Africa. We were caucasians. During a rainstorm, I watched the native children (without a stitch on) running around, arms stretched out enjoying the rain. So, I ran out to enjoy the shower. I quickly was retrieved.
Lesson I was taught: Some people do, and some do not.
