Susan Stamper Brown appears to be another pseudo-intellectual who is so emotionally cut off that it is laughable. Pomposity has its own "rewards," such as a delusional self-image. Another right-wing twit that cannot face the consequences of this past election. Spew your bitter bile, Susan. The law of attraction applies more than ever.

Succenct and right on point. But you fail to consider one point. Susan is not stupid. Her readers may be. She's got a readership who enjoys her lousy logic. And some how that pay$.

"She's got a readership" only because publications like the East Valley Tribune push her stories. I am not sure how many readers would actually pay her.

I agree with Diebold that most of her commentary is negative gossip mongering.

Do you really expect the news media to tell the truth, the news media is a form to control the masses, just ask Rupert Murdoch. That is before Murdoch got cought using unmoral reporting, which was and acceptable practice, but illegal wiretapping which was not acceptable. The corporate dollars at work.

And some think only certain elections have consequences. Members of Congress are elected as well, and despite what some people think, the President is NOT their boss.

So DJ, it's to bad people can't be more loving and tolerant like you ? Your kidding right ? As for facing the consequences of the election. The main job of getting this country fixed falls to the party that won, and has been too busy patting themselves on the back to get down to business. Blaming Bush is no longer going to cut it. It's time for action not words!

Interesting 'the consequences of this past election' The GOP controls the House, the Dems the Senate and the WH. Nothing changed. The consequences? you been living them for the last two years. And it sucks big time. Perhaps in two years the wisdom of collective ignorance will change something and hopefully the change will be for the better. As for this time around, the morons didn't change anything, so the 'consequences amount to the same old shinola. Way to go voters!

When your the soul sister of the Tribunes own "Suzy Creamcheese " Linda Turley-Hanson, then Ms Brown 's affliction is probably due to a genetic flaw of gigantic mental distortion.

Another well thought-out letter by an intellectual giant.

Well, Cerulean, you must admit that "negative gossip mongering" is used for more than spewing bitterness.
Consider how many voters were swayed by such gossip, and how many elections were won due to negative campaigning?

    DJ,
The 47% have turned into the 51% and they want more blood out of this turnip we call the United States of America. That is the consequences of this election. Instead of the election being about the economy it was about the takers wanting more from the big government and punishing anyone making more than $250K for their success. Don't touch my SS, Medicare or Medicaid, don't reform the tax code, give out more welfare and food stamps was what the majority said. Free birth control and abortions, more free healthcare, social justice, marijuana for all and gay marriage ruled the day. Businesses are bad and greedy while big government is good and wonderful.

Now DJ, as we go over the fiscal cliff just remember how wonderful you thought the election results were and how much you vilified Susan for her angst at the election results.

And some can't face the fact that Sheriff Joe won again. That's just how it is....
