People who do not take care of their children exhibit the highest form of irresponsibility. Men who walk away from the women and children they bring into the world are losers and should be shunned by society.

DES does next to nothing to enforce child support payments. Unless you have money for a lawyer, you are on your own. VotReason, I agree wholeheartedly.

You want to blame only the fathers. Most of these mothers didn't have their legs pried open. There is plenty of blame to go around for both parents.
