    I have issues with 115 and 119.
I don't trust any governor to have the honesty, intelligence and independence to pick the best person for the job. This is especially true of our present governor.
    Same with 119.
Too much money can be involved for everyone to make the right choices here, too.
I see 119 being abused far more by Republicans, than Democrats.

If Prop 120 passes then the State could and would sell off what were the National Parks and Forests Preserves.
Just as they sold the Capital buildings for a few measly bucks they would happily sell every acre of National Forests and National Parks ( noting that they are no longer National but I'm not sure what to call them ).
Nothing but a humongous Gold Mine for Real Estate developers.
VOTE NO on Prop 120 -- unless you hate hunting / fishing / boating / camping / skiing.

Under Prop 120 it will be really really nice.
I will be able to buy a house with a dock on the shore of Saguaro Lake!!!
That land around the lake would be one of the first things the State would sell to Real Estate Developers.
    Sound like a good idea?
Go check out Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.
We don't need any clean clear shores on the lake.
Don't need to see the occasional wild sheep grazing on the hillsides .. my new home would look much better there.

115 - would allow judge terms to increase to eight years before retention votes could be cast.
If a judge is bad – eight years is a long time to be on the bench before an up or down vote could change that fact.
Similarly the proposition extends the retirement age from 70 to 75. Please, there will be plenty of new prospects to freshen the air. Let judges retire at 70.
I do not think it is good for the judicial system to have 'a' governor stack the courts.

Play it safe and vote NO on all propositions. Many of the well intentioned propositions have turned around and bit us in the behind. You know the old saying, "If it ain't broke don't fix it".

With regard to 115 Scarp wrote that “five former Arizona Supreme Court chief justices are against it. One of those Justices is Sandra O’Connor . She has been a passionate supporter of ‘judicial independence’.
