“Does anyone out there know where I can get a Mitt Romney autographed Etch A Sketch? It looks like the Santorum Campaign is about to corner the market!”

“Obama on Thursday tried to claim Solyndra was not his program. He and Biden took full credit in March 2009 so they get full credit for its failure. There is nothing he says that we can believe. Those of you that still believe anything he says are as evil as he.”

“Isn’t it time for Russell Pearce, Arpaio and their gestapo thugs to fade into history?”

“If you think our state is in bad shape (and judging from these Vents, most of you do), and you vote for the man that was in charge of our state senate for several years (therefore a big reason why the state is in bad shape), you deserve every bad thing that happens to you.”

“I’m confused about this Florida law. Wasn’t Trayvon Martin alowed to stand his ground or do you give up that right if the ground is soaked with your blood?”

“Looks like we are stuck again with another pair of losers in November’s presidential election. An incumbent president who doesn’t understand the word deficit and runs down America every chance he gets. Or a Vietnam War ‘Deferrment Queen’ who goes on a religious mission to Paris, France instead of serving his country. I have no respect for either one and refuse to hold my nose again in the voting booth. Think I will write in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s name for president.”

“All you citizens listen up and follow your leaders. A state senator runs a red light in defiance of the camera laws. An Apache Junction police officer leaves his firearms out where his kids can play with them. Between all the lame judges and defense attorneys you can bet your sweet butt that if you are caught oogling an illegal on the street corner you will be arrested and charged with assault with a friendly weapon!”

“The left is going to rebrand global warming, er, climate change. Hmm, I have an idea, how about hoax!”

“Repeat tours in combat zones are the future of our hard-pressed GIs. The pool from which to draw personnel willing to risk their lives for causes of small import for America’s security is necessarily small. Yet out politicians, lusting to wrap themselves in the flag and demonstrate their toughness, outdo themselves with calls for more wars — Iran, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, etc. Our Founding Fathers saw America as an example of democracy which others might wish to copy: not as the big bully on the world block.”

Vent # 8: “The left is going to rebrand global warming, er, climate change. Hmm, I have an idea, how about hoax!”

    --------------------------------------------------------------

The most alarming part of the “global warming” rebound is the price tag associated with attempting to reduce such a small part of the atmosphere and something we really cannot control.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) declared CO2 a harmful pollutant, and the Clean Air Act will first go after huge CO2 emitters, like power plants and big factories. EPA regulation to reduce CO2 toxins, which is likely to cost 800,000 jobs a year and more than 50 percent of the work force in some industries will be wiped out, will cost the economy almost $7 trillion by the year 2029.

Enormous costs, as scientists figure that with it the temperature will only drop about 8-hundreths of a degree Celsius during the next 50 years.

    9th Venter:

We may disagree on the exact wording and description of this problem, but can we all agree on its solution? Bring back the draft! Get rid of the Post Vietnam all volunteer US armed forces! We haven't had an honest war since Korea!

    Accuracy,

You might be correct! Spending large sums to limit man caused release of CO2 could be like that boy who placed his finger in that seep in a Dutch dike! We may be doomed to Global Warming whether we try to hold off the flood or not. And by the time we know whether we could have done something dispositive to prevent it, you and I will be long since dead. Sort of like passing on all of that government debt to our grandchildren, don't you think!

Just know this. Globally all glaciers are melting faster than they have melted in human history. Ice covers on the poles are smaller than ever before. And more Methane, a green house gas 40 times more powerful than CO2 is buppling up from the deep oceans and out of the thawed arctic tundra than ever before.

So, yes, Accuracy, let's pass this heritage onto our grandchildren, closing our eyes to all of this! Whether or not it's the right thing to do, it sure is the easier thing to do!

Rush Limbaugh has had 4 wives and 0 children. Did all thoes illegal drugs do a little damage down there or were you concerned for the rest of the world? Were all 4 wives taking contraceptives? Did your insurance company pay for all your 4 wives birth control? [smile][beam]

As to Limbaughs wives,, they probably owe their successful birth control technique more to aversion therapy rather than the pill.

Beside Rush already controls the pill market.
