“Allowing Loughner to plead guilty for a ‘life’ sentence is a tragedy in and of itself.”

“So Jared Loughner has the opportunity to cop out on his murder charges for a life sentence bought and paid for compliments of the citizens of Arizona. All this so that certain politicos and people of privilege won’t be ‘dragged’ through the trial procedure. Loughner, as with most premeditating killers, is nothing but human waste, and should be disposed of as such. He’s not a plastic bottle like some other felons in our society, qualifying for recycling. For he and others like him there is no mercy!”

“Judge Mark Brain blocked the Arizona Primary Measure from the ballot thus protecting the current two-party-only system and disenfranchising one-third of voters, the independent voters, of Arizona. Independents: Remember the name Mark Brain and when you see the name next to the words ‘shall be retained,’ mark no!”

“Here we go again — a refinery fire and gas goes through the ceiling. Amazing how our whole economy hinges on a spark, almost like it was planned that way. If Congress will loan me some of that $4.6 billion subsidy money, I will build a new refinery, and to appease those on the Right I’ll swear I did it all myself, and sit on any tax returns that might prove otherwise.”

“Oh really! Kevin Kolb is already injured. I’m beginning to think he just doesn’t want to play football period. Now that he has a big, fat $17 million dollar contract, why would he? Cardinals should have let him go two years ago!”

“Enough is enough, with all the paper propaganda I’ve received regarding those running for office, we could have saved a small forest! Thought we were supposed to be concerned about our environment ... apparently not politicians! Besides the fact that I’ve already mailed in my ballot, so all this paper just goes into my recycling bin. At least one of us is being environment friendly!”

“The U.S. Consulate in Nogales alerting people about the dangers in Rocky Point failed to mention the dangers in the USA. Like in Colorado, also no mention about the guns that were used. Just maybe, they came from Eric Holder?”

5th venter: whenever Kolb plays, the offensive line turns to mush and he gets creamed.

Bring in the 2nd string quarterback and ... no sacks. Healthy quarterback.

Seems to happen time after time with Kolb.

    Just saying ....

Build a new refinery?? In your dreams.

No new refineries have been built in the United States since 1976 . . . furthermore the number of U.S. refineries has dropped from 158 to 124 during the last decade.

All because oil refineries are hazardous and carry with them a risk of chemical spills and explosions, which are extremely detrimental to human beings and ecosystems, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Chevron refinery plant in Richmond has shut down all production because of the major fire at the refinery. Chevron produces 16 percent of the gas the western U.S. uses every day, and Chevron officials aren't sure when the refinery will be back up and running.

This, and the refinery breakdowns and cut backs across the country, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's toxic release inventory, have sent fuel traders into a panic and prices soaring.

Vent #1: Because our justice system is so eschewed in favor of the defendant. A death penalty trial would have lasted to long and 20 years would go by before he got "juiced". Hopefully he will get some justice from one of his new lovers in prison.

Vent #2: Hopefully someone in prison will dispense justice to Loughner faster than a death penalty trial.

Vent #3: Any excuse to raise prices.

Vent #4: It's gonna be another loooonnnngggg year for the Cardinals.

Vent #5: What about all the jobs that goes into printing all that junk mail? and we gotta keep the Post Office going.

Vent #6: Hey, don't tell anyone, but Mexico is a war zone.
