“Who is Russell Pearce to blame for Tuesday’s loss? How about lying people like Randy Parraz, Jerry Lewis ... and the Rino he ran against, to name a few! These people encourage Sheeple to get on the bandwagon with these predicted results. I am very surprised the Mormons would turn into Sheeple and vote against Pearce and with Parraz. I always thought you were independent voters; boy was I wrong, big time!”

“Am I better off than four years ago? ‘YES’ by far and I do not want to go back to the 20th century and the GOP. If you watched the GOP convention last week that’s just where we will end up back in Bush days and I for one do not want to go back there. Them days were not good at all.”

“Are you better off after four years of Obama? Go dig up your 401(k) statements from late in 2008 and compare them to now. That should tell you a little bit.”

“It is hard to believe Mr. Ryan can’t remember his marathon times. If you lie about that event, what else will you lie about? He was named the brown noser of his class in high school. He now brown noses himself. Sad if this is our best VP candidate.”

“In 2010 the U.S exported 1.3 million gallons of fuel per day. In 2011 the U.S. exported 117 million gallons of fuel per day. The oil companies receive 24 billion dollars a year in corporate welfare. We the American people need to join the corporate welfare bandwagon for the oil companies by the U.S. Government.”

“While Paul Ryan may have been in Washington D.C. for 14 years, he brings forth new and challenging solutions to decades of pushing the legislation can down the road without any thought of resolving the dilemmas of Social Security, Medicare and budget deficits. Yet from the ‘insightful left’ we only get weird thoughts from an old tired ‘Bungling Biden’ or the everlasting futuristic ‘No Hope’ or ‘No Change’ of Obama.”

“I decided to surf the channels between political conventions. It is laughable, but appropriate, that an episode of ‘Roseanne’ is followed by a show called ‘Just Shoot Me!’”

Vent #1 - I admot I voted for Pearc in the recall election, but I didn't vote for him in the recent primary. I didn't like the way he was recalled. They may hae succeeded, but I wish they'd have just waited a year to vote him out.

Vent #2 - You might be better off, but I'm not. And the same applies with the majority of Americans. Over 1 million fewer people are working now than when Obama took office.

Vent #3 - It should tell you that we'll go into a Second Great Depression if Obama is re-elected. It'll make the 1930's look prosperous.

Vent #4 - Whenever liberals lie, they are dismissed. When a Republican isn't 100% accurate, you call it a lie. Get over it, you weasel.

Vent #5 - What are you saying? Your vent makes zero sense. Or sould I say "cents"?

Vent #6 - It should be no Hope and no Cash, as in Bob Hope and Johnny Cash, may they both rest in peace.

Vent #7 - Good for you. But I wouldn't watch either show if my life depended on it, though it's hard to believe that both shows have a cast member that is in the movie, "The Emperor's New Groove". Maybe we should refer to Obama as "Emperor Obama" since he thinks he's above everyone else.

I'm sure all you know it, but Michael Clark Duncan passed away recently. I was shocked and saddened when I heard the news. He was only 54! That's younger than my dad, who's 55.

What a SHOCKER that mrconservative voted for Pearce.

I bet he voted for J.T. Ready when he ran, too.

Vent #1: Russell Pearce was complacent and full of himself. He was living large on the attention. If he had paid attention and worked harder he would still be in office.

Vent #2: I am glad that you are doing so well and that my taxes are affording you a comfortable life with the help of our big progressive socialist government. I can understand your apprehensions about having to "go back" or working or being responsible for yourself. Isn't life so grand under Obama's big rainbow tent of love and redistribution.

Vent #3: If you were conservative with your 401K then you are probably doing OK. If you were liberal and progressive with you 401K it's probably all gone. Yeah or maybe Boo-Hoo whichever.

Vent #4: What liberal/progressive blather. Like I've said before, when a democrat misspeaks everyone laughs, yawns and gives out a free pass. When a republican misspeaks the liberals and MSM go berserk. Even when a republican acknowledges their misspoken words and apologizes there is no forgiveness from the liberals. Just another double standard from the left side.

Vent #5: I think Americans are already on the welfare bandwagon to the tune of a trillion dollars a year. 24 billion doesn't even cover the increase in interest payments for the borrow and spend democrats. Hey Harry Reid, where is the budget? Any budget? LOL

Vent #6: Obama and the democrats can't bring themselves to touch the third rail of politics. Entitlement reform. At least Romney and Ryan are trying to talk about it.

Vent #7: I like more of the older programs as compared to the newer ones. The new ones have overt political messages and themes. Because the programs are from Hollywood(LaLaLand) we all know what the overt political messages are.

"my taxes are affording you a comfortable life"

Congratulations, chatmandu002! You've graduated from twisting other people's words to fabricating false claims and outright lies.

    Taking lessons from mrconservative? ;)

"You don't have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body."

    - C.S. Lewis

"If men were angels, no government would be necessary."

    - James Madison (not Benjamin Franklin, like I thought)

And EV, at least I'm honest about who I voted for. And I did point out that I voted for Bob Worsley instead of Pearce this time (Well, on another page, I'd said that I'd most likely vote for Bob Worsley. Well guess what? I did vote for Worsley).

You have a spriit in you, EV. Everyone does. Otherwise, you could not exist. If that's not enough proof for you, then I can't help you.

I love "Andy Griffith Show" and "Full House". What shows do you like, EV?

Probably dispicable ones like 90210, Friends, and Everybody Loves Raymond, which doesn't have a single episode without profanity in them.

One thing I'd like to point out about pornography - it is evil because it leads to criminal behavior. And FBI study showed that every serial killer, without exception, had an addiction to pornography.

And thank God that cat-killer is behind bars where he belongs. I've never liked cats myself, but I would NEVER deliberately harm them, or even on accident, if I can avoid it.

It's dogs that I love. My family had two dogs for ten years, and we put them both to sleep within16 months of each other. The first one wwe actually had for seven years before we got the second one, then we had the second one for about 16 months before we put her to sleep back in February.

The question everyone should be asking (regarding Vent #2) is "Are you better off than you were 5 trillion dollars in debt ago?"

When is this idiot going to stop spewing lies? It's beyond ridiculous at this point.

"If that's not enough proof for you, then I can't help you."
You have yet to offer up any proof.
Lying and claiming you have doesn't change that.

Regarding your rant on pornography and household pets (a strange combination to be talking about, but whatever floats your boat), why go off on this tangent?
Why the cowardly evasion? You claimed SCIENTIFIC PROOF of spirirts. Time to put up or shut up.

"at least I'm honest about who I voted for."

    That's a great start!

Now, if you could expand your honesty to the rest of your comments, and stop posting lies (daily now, it seems), that would be even better.

    Enraged One,
I am not twisting anyones words. The venter was stating that they were doing better during the last 4 years. I was just stating that the only increases that would allow for doing better during the last 4 years were recieptents of the government's huge increased spending of our taxed and borrowed dollars. Welfare must afford a lot of people with an acceptable level of comfort or there would not be so many on welfare for so many generations.

"I am not twisting anyones words."
    I never said you were.
I said you were lying and making false claims (like how you pay the Venter's salary, making the idiotic assumption that they're on a welfare program).

"the only increases that would allow for doing better during the last 4 years were recieptents of the government"
This is a LIE. A blatant LIE, and you need to either back your claim (which you cannot, since *I* am doing better than 4 years ago and have never taken so much as a penny from government programs), or MAN UP and apologize.

    "blahblahblahWELFAREblahblah"
Do you ever actually comment on the content of the article? Herp Derp.
