"Kudos to Bill Richardson for the great opinion piece on Friday. But it wasn't opinion, it was full of facts and figures about Tempe's abysmal tax-and-spend attitude. Mayor Hallman read our lips, Tempe Council read our lips: No more taxes! It's time to cut back."

"You do know Superman isn't real?"

"Of all Gilbert Town Council candidates, only Victor Petersen has not taken a contribution from a political action committee. Conservative grassroots efforts have made his campaign possible."

"The Associated Press reporter who innocently described past Nazi extermination camp guard John Demjanjuk as a ‘retired auto worker' is like describing Nazi child-killing Dr. Mengele as a ‘pediatrician.' "

"Perhaps we Arizonans will never all agree that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is America's Sheriff. But few of us would dispute that our senior senator is America's POW. When America's POW says he is against water boarding and other so-called enhanced interrogation techniques, we all should sit up and listen. Atta boy John McCain, speak up for humane treatment of POW's. It's the right thing to do!"
