Vent #3 - And probably even more taxes to boot.
Vent #4 - Those Tent City inmates are criminals. They have no civil rights. They gave them up when they broke the law.
Vent #5 - Why the repeated comment? Isn't one enough?
Vent #6 - It's "Cavanaugh". Do spell checking next time. And fact checking while you're at it.

mrconservative ... what happened to your fantasy?
The Supreme Court upheld the Health Care Law this morning. They said the mandate was ok.
Your ultra-conservative Justice Roberts joined with the left side of the court and went against the rabid drooling right wingers.

It wasn't a fantasy. I wrote whaty I hoped would happen. I'm shocked and disappointed that Roberts betrayed the American people.
Obamacare is the biggest tax increase in the history of the world. Do you expect me to be happy about it?
I will NEVER comply with this mandate. You'd be better off shooting me than deal with my wrath.

For those who make comments it would be nice if they could give their source, and a some facts. The average American family's net worth dropped almost 40%, from $126,400 to $77,300 between 2007 and 2010 according to to recent study by the Federal Reserve. CCNMONEY.com

mrconservative ... you are wrong once again.
The biggest tax increase in American history ( no one really knows about the world ) came when the Reagan administration took away the income tax deduction for interest for everything except your home mortgage.
Prior to that you could deduct ANY interest you paid for anything.
That was a HUMONGOUS tax increase on the middle class.

truth, the average American family has a negative net worth and pretty much always has since the invention of credit cards.
Very few people have an actual positive net worth.

Since the health care law requires people to buy insurance from for profit private insurance companies ( it is NOT a government insurance program ) you would think the insurance companies would be delighted.
But, in fact, that is not the case.
The insurance companies used to pay out only between 60 to 70 percent of the premiums in patient benefits. The rest got squandered on banks of lawyers and advertising and executive bonuses etc. etc. and small dividends ( if the stockholders were lucky -- usually not much left for them ).
Under the new law they have to pay out at least 80% of premiums in benefits and THAT IS WHY THERE IS SO MUCH OUTCRY against the health care law.
It is cutting into executive multi-million dollar bonuses.
So their puppet Republican and blue dog Democrat congresscritters are wailing about how terrible it is.
If you investigate and see what is actually in the law -- people approve of the individual terms of the law -- but have been so brainwashed they say the law is bad even though they agree with the items in it.
How stupid is that?
The insurance companies are paying out about a billion and a half dollars ( I think that is the amount I heard ) in refunds to customers because they didn't pay out at least 80% of premiums in benefits.
That's why you hear so much screaming about Obamacare.
The law does nothing but good things for people.
But insurance company execs don't like losing their bonuses and benefits and having to pay out refunds.
Insurance companies are in business to take money in -- not pay it out.

You're a bad liar, Willie. It's already been proven that Obamacare has raised our debt by 400 billion dollars! And that's just in three years. Hopefully, Mitt Romney will be elected president. Our only hope is to repeal this bad law.
Just because a law is declared constitutional does not make it right. Two hundred years ago, both slavery and racial discrimination were considered legal. But did that make it right? Of course not. Not even "truth" can disagree with me on that.
Like I've said, I will NOT comply with this bad law.

Two-thirds of Americans oppose this so-called health care bill. And when they passed it, the Senate changed the rules. Scott Brown was supposed to be the 41st vote against the bill, which would have made the Senate fillibuster proof, but they passed it with a small majority. In my view, this was an illegal act. It may have been anyway.

"Two hundred years ago, both slavery and racial discrimination were considered legal. But did that make it right?"
It did to the Christians, who used the Bible to justify their slave-owning and racism, even after they were outlawed.
You DID know that the Bible has been used extensively to defend the slave trade, right? Not to mention racism, and misogyny, and homophobia...
How convenient it must be to "forget" these unpopular FACTS.
StrongChristian posted at 11:30 pm on Sat, Jul 7, 2012.
The Bible was changed, Engaged Voter. Satan convinced men to take out parts of the Bible. The Bible also makes it clear that slavery is wrong. Check out how Moses delivered the Israelites from bondage. Pretty cool, how he parted the Red Sea, and they crossed on dry ground. Nothing but a powerful God could do that. It was the power of God, and not Moses himself, that parted the Red Sea.
And evidence has come forth that Noah really did build an ark, and that the earth was completely flooded at one time.
And let's not forget Adam and Eve, our first parents. They lived in present-day Missouri, the location of the Garden of Eden..
Tell me this, Engaged Voter, can you think of one - just one, mind you - famous person that lived on earth BEFORE 4,000 BC? That's about the time Bible scholars estimate that Adam lived on the earth. All I want is one well-known person.
(Yes, I will admit it is a guess, but I don't think it's very far off. And please do not call me stupid, or braindead, or any hate-filled name. I know you're an unbeliever, but that is not how you should act.)
And you might not have noticed this, but there have been many, many inventions since 1830. Our world was so far behind 200 years ago than where we are now with technology, it's mind-boggling! There have been more inventions since 1830 than there were before that year (again, this is just a guess on my part, but I have seen a list of major inventions, and the vast majority of them were invented after 1830).
That is truly remarkable, isn't it? You think it's a coincidence? I ceased believing in coincidences a long time ago.

What a filthy lie. And how effortlessly you posted it. Shameful.
There is no evidence for any ark (plenty of fakes though, at least a dozen).
And the Amerind tribes, as well as the Incas and Toltecs, all had thriving cultures during this supposed worldwide flood. Oops! Darn those pesky facts!
"Tell me this, Engaged Voter, can you think of one - just one, mind you - famous person that lived on earth BEFORE 4,000 BC?"
Try reading the Epic of Gilgamesh, or The Iliad, or any of the other books written BEFORE THE BIBLE. Plenty of famous people in there...you would call some of them myths, but I'd remind you that they are just as mythical as Jesus. And all of them came before. Oops again!
"And please do not call me stupid, or braindead, or any hate-filled name."
You mean like calling you an evil abomination, for example? No thanks, I leave that to hatemongers like mrconservative. I will continue to call you out when you post a lie or a false claim, or claim something to be a "fact" when it is not.
"And you might not have noticed this, but there have been many, many inventions since 1830."
Yes, despite the obstacles it has presented to science since before Galileo, Christianity has been dragged by the feet, kicking and screaming, into the 20th century. And now, after centuries of persecuting science, you want to take credit for it?? WHAT A JOKE.

You might want to keep current with the facts - the Exodus has been proven a COMPLETE WORK OF FICTION.
There was no exodus of Hebrews from Egypt...but don't take MY word for it, read it from the Jewish archeologists who discovered the truth:
http://etb-biblical-errancy.blogspot.com/2012/04/myth-of-massive-exodus-of-hebrews-from.html
"The series and the book recount recent archaeological investigations in the Holy Land and try to show how much or how little the diggers find that match the heroic stories of the Old Testament. The results are not encouraging for Biblical fundamentalists as the author concludes that virtually all of the early stories of the Bible are fabrications."
As if we needed archeological evidence to tell us that talking snakes, wizards, magic spells, talking donkeys, unicorns, and dragons (all in the Bible) are fictional. ;)

I have seen pictures of this rock. Google it if you want. Don't take my word for it (though I doubt you would anyway).
You cannot find a tribe of Indians today that does not have the legend among its people of the "great White God" who was the Son of God.
Also, scientific evidence has led to two big migrations that took place a couple thousand years apart. One was the Archaic about 4,000 years ago. The second migration took place around 600 B. C. It's known as the Mayan-Toltec. Both groups were eventually destoyed, due to their great wickedness. Though the descendants of the Lamanites are the present-day Indians, and there are plenty of them around (this, you cannot deny).
Authoritive researchers say that the Mayab-Tlotec migration occurred at about 600 B. C., the same time that Nephi and his family left Jerusalem! Oops!
Exodus has never been proved to be fiction. How do you think we got the Ten Commandments? No, they're not the Ten Suggestions. Many of those Commandments are a part of our own laws, such as "Though shall not steal", or "Thou shall not kill".
