Eighty-two-thousand instead of 120,000 this week. One million Americans have given up even looking for non-existant jobs. Obama promised that his stimulus package would keep Unemployment down below 8 percent. The White House and the Democrats in the Senate and Congress said the stimulus would lower unemployment to 6 percent. Folks, we have an America in “free fall.” An America saddled with a $15 trillion Obama deficit. An America headed for the “poor house”, a third-world economy.
If Obama had shown that he was working his patootie off in Washington to “lead” America, he would not be in the election fight that he is in. He has spent three days out of every week for the last three years “campaigning for his second term”. Just this week he went to Maumee, Ohio (population 14,286) on Air Force One costing the American taxpayer $180,000 a flight hour. What about the 314 million other Americans who are struggling in today’s recession.
Obama is behind his desk in the oval office 1 1/2 days a week. He plays golf on Friday afternoons. Is this the “presidential” leadership that Americans not only want but desperately “need” in the next four years.
Romney isn’t perfect but at least he has shown that he has a “work ethic” and has governed a state and led a successful company. Obama has only given us “speeches, photo ops and lectures” for the last three years. Obama won’t be satisfied until America looks like France or Sweden or worse yet, Greece.

Obama isn't doing anything different that other presidents. It isn't Obama that is the problem it is Obama's policies. I find it really ironic that our first black president is turning so many of our citizens into "economic" slaves with his policies of more big government dependency. Our economy will not recover until the government lifts it heavy boot upon the throat of business.

The LAST thing we should do is FORGET the last 31/2 years!
I want you to remember the President who saved US automakers, complete with decent wage jobs that include pensions that you like to criticize.
Please remember the President who drew down and/or ended 2 of the longest running (and unfunded) wars in US history saving countless lives and billions in debt.
Do not forget the millions of Amercians with pre-existing conditions who now have access to health insurance thanks to President.....um...what's his name again?
And by all means don't forget the President who increased border patrol, deportations AND took a step toward immigration reform, albeit one you may not care for. It was a step greater than the cumulative efforts of all the Arizona politicians and the previous President all rolled into one over decades!
Just this year our President vowed to sign the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act (though he never got the chance - Repubs prevented it from reaching him)
And just today he promised to sign his 3rd extension of the Bush-era tax cuts for middle class Americans.
Sigh...I just love these little strolls down Memory Lane. Can we do it again sometime soon?

The Riverside School of the Deaf in the original lie was the River School for the Deaf in Washing D.C. which denies any such translation. You can’t be much of a patriot if you are willing to lie to your fellow countrymen simply to make your president’s wife look bad. That’s a low blow for most people, about average for you. Wow, I seem to remember this a little differently.
Let the automakers who signed bad deals fail and be forced into bankrupcy. That woould have allowed them to re-negotite the labor contracts to something reasonable and sustainable. GM still is not able to payback the bailout and will be asking for more money down the road. Just watch. I will by a Ford- they didn't take a bailout.
I agree with getting our soldiers out of Iraq and Afgan. I don't disagree with why they went there, but there should have been an exit strategy.
Agree with changes to pre existing conditions, but please. Obamacare is a nightmare and many things could have been done far short of putting the Governemt on the hook and in the driverseat. This is why 70% of the country doesn't want it.
