89K early voters fail to follow directions
Posted: Sunday, November 9, 2008 8:01 pmBoxes of "provisional" ballots await manual checking Sunday night before they can be tabulated. These are from voters whose ID did not match county records. Maricopa County still has close to 100,000 of these to verify, meaning final election results may not be known for a week.
