Allegiant Air to fly nonstop to Pasco, Wash.

Allegiant Air has announced plans to offer nonstop flights between Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and Pasco, Wash., beginning Nov. 19.

The carrier will offer introductory fares as low as $59 each way, the company said.

The schedule calls for two flights weekly on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights will depart from Pasco at 4:35 p.m. arriving in Phoenix-Mesa at 8:05 p.m., local times. Flights leaving Phoenix-Mesa will depart at 2:20 p.m. arriving in Pasco at 3:55 p.m.

Flights will utilize 150-seat, MD-80 jet aircraft, the airline said.

The Pasco airport also serves nearby Richland and Kennewick in southeast Washington state.
