Rigged Privilege Schools teach parents how to skirt law

  With the state looking at a financial disaster in the coming years, tax credits for this kind of thing should be dumped. All states need to fix their public school system so that all the kids have an equal chance to do better. Private schools are, and have always been, for the select few in a particular group - religious, economic, or whatever.

  I have observed this "law skirting" in action. Households with two professionally working people requesting friends to fill out rebate forms in order to end up with a completely free ride for their kids at a private school - When families who really could do with the monetary help are not even aware that rebates are possible. This prevents them even contemplating a private school. The law needs fixing to prevent unethical behaviour by both the schools and the parents. [sad][cool]

  Solution: Remove ALL credits or take away the tax-exempt status for these "Religious schools" found to be advocating and abetting such fraud.
